Spring Sangria: 1 750ml bottle white wine (light, fruity), 3 c. Sprite or lemon/lime seltzer, 2 to 3 c. pineapple juice, thinly sliced lemons, lime, and orange (pineapple too if desired). Stir liquids together and refrigerate. Stir in fruit slices shortly before serving. (Because seltzer is less sweet, I added 1/4 c. triple sec)
