Excellent training guide for running another marathon. Contrary to what a lot of people believe, it's important to run/train only 3 or 4 times a week. The 3 or 4 days of rest help your body to heal, regroup & not get burnt out. Sub cross training for 1 rest day.
This was written with this pin when I found it. "Slow is a pace." It reminded me of a woman's running story...she was new to marathoning and just giving 'er on uphills and into headwinds while old timers were taking it easy and running smart. I love that story. Slow is good. It's all good.
