Lemon Chicken with Potatoes

Lemon Chicken & Potatoes: This chicken dish is easy to prepare and comes together quickly. Simply brown the chicken thighs, toss all the ingredients in a pan, and you're good to go.

Whipped Cream Frosting 1- 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened ½ c white sugar 1 t vanilla extract ½ t almond extract 2 c  heavy cream Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla & almond together on medium speed until smooth. While still whipping, slowly pour in heavy cream. Stop & scrape bowl a few times. Whip until the cream can hold a stiff peak.
