sharing...Skinny shake that tastes like Wendy's Frosty! 3/4 cup almond milk, about 15 ice cubes, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1-2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/3 of a banana

Ingredients:1-15.5 oz can chickpeas, rinsed, drained; 3 c fresh cilantro leaves 1 garlic clove, chopped;1 chopped avocado; 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil 1 tsp fresh lemon juice; salt & pepper to taste. Directions: In food processor, combine chickpeas, cilantro, garlic & avocado. Process til finely chopped. With machine running, add olive oil in slow, steady stream, then add lemon juice, then add water, 1 tbsp at a time, til mix is smooth. Serve w/lemon wedges & tortilla chips.
