Fresh Peach Salsa: I loved the combination of flavors in this salsa. It went really well with grilled pork chops. The only thing I changed was to sub lemon juice for lime and fresh parsley for cilantro due to availability.

Tzatziki Recipe 1 cucumber, peeled, finely diced 4 cups greek yogurt 2 garlic cloves, finely minced 1 teaspoon dill 1 tablespoon white vinegar 3 tablespoon olive oil Salt Take the diced cucumbers and put them into a colander. Sprinkle with salt and set aside while all excess water extracts. After 20 minutes, combine all ingredients and refrigerate for at least two hours.
