2 cucumbers- cut up, 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes (about 30), 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil, 1 cup fresh mozzarella (I like to use the little balls), 1 avocado, 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, Salt and pepper to taste

Mmmm... I LOVE cucumber salad.  Have to try this one. Just sour cream, dill, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Getting them cut so thin? Yeah, I'd need a professional. Still, pass the fork please!

Wine Night?? Crescent rolls, slice of Brie, slice of tart apple (peeled is best), pecans, drizzle of honey. 375 oven for 13 to 15 minutes.

Fire Crackers, you won't be able to stop eating them! 1 lb. crackers, I used 1/3 each of Cheese It's, Mini Club & Mini Saltines; then mix together 1 1/2 cup canola oil, 1 pk Ranch salad dressing mix and 2-3 Tablespoon crushed red peppers. Pour over crackers in a big airtight container, toss several times over a 1 hr period.
