Quinoa Pizza Bites Recipe Not bad. Not sure if we will do these again. They would make good after school snacks, though. I used bite sized turkey pepperoni, an extra half cup of mozzarella, and I hid finely chopped mushrooms to up the nutritional content. If I make again I might add Parmesan and fresh parsley too.
