The Easiest Way to Cook Spaghetti Squash | via My Plant Based Family This is my go to method, it is so much easier than what I was doing before. Just allow some time to cool between cooking and scooping the spaghetti cuz it gets hot!
We make "Squaco Salad" with spaghetti squash - Cook the spaghetti squash and then serve sprinkled with taco seasoning. Top with taco ground beef, cheddar cheese, salsa, sour cream, fresh cherry tomatoes, and any other taco toppings you want!
Oven-Roasted Asparagus and Mushrooms... 1 bunch Asparagus 1/2 package White Mushrooms Olive Oil Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Powder... Wash and chop asparagus into 1" pieces. Slice mushrooms. Add both vegetables to a baking dish. Lightly coat with olive oil, mixing to ensure that everything is evenly coated. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Roast at 400F for approximately 30 minutes, to desired tenderness.
Cook a pierced potato in the microwave until it’s soft all the way through – about 6-7 minutes total, flipping over every 1-2 minutes. Cut the potato in half, then cut each half into squares. Don’t cut all the way through, just down to the skin. Season with butter, parmesan cheese and Lowry’s seasoning salt, then pop them into the middle rack of your oven set to broil for 10-15 minutes.
Grilled cabbage. If you have never had it grilled you are missing out! Cut a head into 4~6 peices, put each on a piece of foil add a couple spoonfuls of butter, and top with bacon if desired. I also season it with season salt.
