Dark Chocolate {and} Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie.  Ingredients:  1 cup dark chocolate almond milk,  2 tbsp peanut butter,  1 fresh ripe banana,  1/4 cup ground flax seed,   1 scoop protein powder,  handful of ice cubes (about 6-7 cubes)
