Lucky leprechaun cookie bark recipe for St. Patrick's day!
Leprechaun Cookie Bark - The first step is to spread your broken up Oreos (with green in the middle or thin mint girl scout cookies), pretzels and green Mint M (or just green m) on a wax paper lined cookie sheet. Melt Choc Almond Bark and pour over (spread with spatula and smoosh in edges if needed). While Choc is wet, sprinkle remaining M and sprinkles (opt) over the top.
