Shrimp tacos, Mix 2 TBSP of mayo, tsp of chili pepper sauce or Korean pepper sauce, 1/4 c. of chopped cilantro, a pinch of salt, juice of 1/2 lime together. Mix a few TBSP of mixture with a pound or so of raw cleaned shrimp. Let shrimp sit while you make topping. Use remainder of mixture and mix a cut up manderin orange, 2 c. bagged slaw mix. Saute shrimp that marinated 30 minutes in skillet. Serve in tortillas with slaw mix. Serve with lime wedges. For low carb option serve in lettuce cups.
