Banana puddin' cupcakes... just what I was looking for! I know I've pinned this before, but HOLY MOLEY!!! I made these for graduation, and they were AMAZING!!! THE BEST cupcakes I've EVER had. Everyone absolutely loved them!

Ranch "Crack" Pretzels -- (1) bag of your favorite thin pretzels, a half cup of vegetable or canola oil, a packet of ranch dressing mix, 2 tablespoons of crushed red pepper (can omit). Mix the ranch packet (and crushed red pepper) into the oil, Mixing well. Then pour over the pretzels and toss till evenly coated. Let it sit– tossing occasionally. Store in plastic container.
Twice baked breakfast potato: butter insides, add cheese, bacon pieces, top with the egg, salt & pepper. Pop into the oven @ 350 for about 15 - 20 minutes. Keep an eye on them, don't over cook the egg. Top with cheese, bacon, green onions and some sour cream. Awesome for busy holiday mornings because you can do all the prep work ahead of time! Then just crack the egg and bake in the morning!!!
