Just made this for dinner with the fennel and tomatoes I received in my Lancaster Farm Fresh Cooperative CSA CSA box. It was fantastic! I added an onion along with the fennel wedges, and thought that was a nice addition. Served it over pasta to take advantage of all the flavorful oil in the pan. Great meal for a cool summer night.

I was a little skeptical about putting lemon slices into a lasagna, but the result was great! In fact, I would add even more lemon next time--maybe 1 1/2 instead of just one. I used regular lasagna noodles instead of the no-boil kind; they needed to be trimmed to fit the smaller baking dish, but I just think they're better. But this is a great recipe. Love having a smaller lasagna, love the unusual lemon, love it as way to use chard or any sort of greens.

Great flavor, but there was way too much liquid in the dressing. I think you could skip adding the potato cooking water entirely, or at most just add a tablespoon or two. Still, it was an excellent way to get some use out of my pickled peppers. This won't replace my mother's potato salad recipe as my favorite, but it's a good one nonetheless.

Good, but the batch was too big! The quality suffered in the fridge, and I got sick of it way before it was gone. Used roasted radishes instead of asparagus and didn't like them, so maybe that's my fault. I would halve the quinoa next time for less bulk, but in general this seems like a good, versatile recipe that could be used with lots of different veggies over the course of the CSA season.

Good! Nice to take a break from my usual black bean and sweet potato kale salad. Dressing could have used a bit more kick, perhaps, but otherwise it was quite good.

Easy and good. An unusual way to use rhubarb, but I appreciate having an option to put it in a savory dish. The finished product is not a particularly appealing color--it tastes good, but is rather gray. Perhaps not the best dish for guests.

Made a simplified version of this for dinner tonight (just roasted onions and squash, pickled cauliflower, orzo, and some pickle juice) and it was really good! The sweetness of the squash and onions was a great contrast to the acidity of the pickle brine. Easy! And I'm sure it would be at least as good if I dressed it up a bit with fresh herbs and/or a bit of citrus zest.

This was great. Perfect as a St. Patrick's Day dinner. Thick and hearty, and a great way to use up some of the frozen kale and cabbage that I always have in late winter/early spring. The green onions are a must--they added a ton of flavor.

Served this alongside broiled sausages and it was quite good. A nice way to use celeriac on a warmer day, when I didn't want to make soup out of it. The walnuts added a very nice texture.

Perfectly fine, but not great. Maybe my plain old white rice was not exciting enough and I should have used a more interesting grain? Oh well.

Delicious! Fantastic! I made a runny pecan butter to use in place of the pistachio butter. It was not as pretty as the vibrant green in the photo, but I don't like pistachios, so.... Also, I followed the beet roasting method in the recipe, but would not bother in the future. More trouble that my usual way, without seeming to improve the end result. But this was a fun and interesting new twist on roasted beets for us.
