Tomato Basil Chicken- OMG Amazing! Made this but served over steamed Zucchini noodles. Used one pint grape tomatoes, quartered, then added 3-4 cloves garlic diced, olive oil and salt. Toss and marinate in a bowl while you season and cook the chicken. Used extra basil too. Soooooo good, I wanted to lick the plate!
