Diy Dye yard with food coloring and kool-aid: "That fact that it’s kool-aid is remarkable & a bit troublesome (I lived on that stuff as a kid & now I’m using it as an acid dye!) I also use plain old dropper style food coloring (McCormick in the box) in assorted & neon colors. Animal fibers work best, but watch the agitation & heat, don’t SHOCK the wool by drastic temp changes."
