Monkey Bread - 2 cans biscuits, cut into quarters. Shake in a baggie with cinnamon & sugar. Place into bread pan coated with non-stick spray. Melt 1/2 stick butter & 1 cup brown sugar over low heat, stirring so it doesn't burn. Pour over bread & bake for 20-30 minutes. Put half pecan pieces on the bread bites before pouring brown sugar mixture over the top.
*I substituted almonds for the cheerios, used un-sweet Baker's chocolate, added a little vanilla extract and a little dab of butter -- how could you go wrong? It's even low-carb!...maybe with peanuts too?
