COLESLAW ■ Recette pour 10 personne ■ Râper un chou blanc et 6 carottes dans un saladier. A part, mélanger 250g de fromage blanc et 250g de mayonnaise, puis ajouter 2cs de vinaigre de cidre, du sel, des raisins secs et 3cs de ciboulette. Ajouter ensuite au mélange et mêler intimement. Mettre au frais et déguster.
