December Type Treatment
And somehow it’s December... If you don’t have your Christmas tree up and Holiday music playing, what have you been doing??? A few things to remember this month: shop local, give graciously, and slow down. Oh and be good because he’s always watching...🎅🏼 Have a wonderful Holiday season!
Graphic Design Florals
This little floral pattern was originally created apart of a client brand package pattern. I knew I wanted to share it though, but couldn’t work out the right elements to pair with it. Ultimately I spent way too much time coming up with the perfect shapes to fit with this look. Now I’m getting major art school vibes 🙈
Graphic Design Programs
The new year is right around the corner and maybe you want to set a resolution in trying out some new programs?! Here’s the groundwork I would recommend in getting started: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign. These three are my go-tos and great to explore. #designtips #graphicdesign #graphicdesigntips #creativeresource #designprograms
Brand Descriptive Words
Happy Friday! Today I am sharing a list (or three?) of descriptors I look for when developing a brand. I pull terms like these to support the mood board creation phase. I’ve found it helps clients connect with the direction of their brand and the strategy behind it. Sometimes I find myself using the same phrases over again, so this list is to help defeat that! One of many. I thought this would be helpful to my fellow designers who have a tough time finding the perfect descriptors.
Minimalistic Lemon Logo Design
There’s something so special about minimal brand marks 😌 Here’s a few reasons on why I love them: • Extremely legible • Easily scale up or down • Works timelessly This set was created for a client who chose another direction *name has been changed* for representation here. The marks she went with are just as lovely, but a different look 💛
