Hearts- pushups (on knees,in plank position, or spidermans) Clubs- squat jumps or squats Spades- split jumps or reverse lunges Diamonds- tricep dips off a chair or bicycles (opposite elbow to knee for your abs) (pg 2)
Joker- 1 min of jumping jacks, 1 min plank hold, or 1 min running stairs in your home Flip over 5 cards at a time and complete the corresponding exercises. (example: 5 hearts- 5 pushups/ 4 clubs=4 squat jumps) Complete the deck and the corresponding exercises. Shuffle and repeat as needed. #inletfitness
This one is killer. For an insane work out, do the entire 6 workouts and end up completing 395 jumping jacks, 250 high knees, 45 burpees, 50 alt. lunge jumps, 18 squat jumps, 3 minutes of jump rope, 290 butt kicks, 40 front kicks, 6 min. of jogging and 30 lateral hurdle jumps. It takes about 50 minutes to do all.
