(no-bake) Cake Batter Energy Bars! i skipped the sprinkles and used chocolate rice krispies (since we had it in our house) and next time i'll add in the protein powder for me i used 1 cup of krispies and 2/3 a cup of oatmeal flour with regular peanut butter
drink this daily and watch the pounds come off without fuss. The recipe is two handfuls of baby spinach, 1 apple, 1 bananas, 1 cup of yogurt, 5 strawberries, 1/2 orange. Blend well and enjoy! I love green smoothies!!! This will give you tons of energy!.
