No workout will fix a bad diet! Here's this weeks meal prep: Protein oat and egg white pancakes, berries, oatmeal, egg whites, avocado, celery, ground turkey, asparagus, tomato, cucumber, plain Chobani greek yogurt, flaxseed, fat free cottage cheese, chicken, mahi, and, tilapia (all grilled with a sodium free marinade or salt substitute with pepper), spinach, roasted eggplant, broccoli, and cauliflower rice!!!
