Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Blend wet ingredients  3. Add the dry Ingredients. Stir until a soft dough forms. 4. Grab a teaspoonful & roll it into balls. Drop the balls onto cookie sheet & flatten with a fork. 5. Bake until hard (approximately 25 minutes).

POUR MIXTURE INTO SMALL DIXIE CUPS (waxed lined ones) OR A SILICONE MOLD AND FREEZE.  ONCE FROZEN, PEEL AWAY THE PAPER CUP AND SERVE!   I have also stuck a milk bone dog biscuit into the center of each one of these to make it like a popsicle.
