Short (skeptical) comments on Scott Gerber YEC poll on top tech to impact business in 2016
Several days ago, Scott Gerber - one of the founders of Young Entrepreneur Council (YEC), posted on thenextweb.com a list of nine (short) opinions on what would constitute a proper business 'disruptor' for the next period.

Customer ratings, rankings and reviews: why they work and why you need them
There is a (rather prosaic, but no less enjoyable) joke in one of Patrick O’Brian’s books that made it (where many other things didn’t) into the script of the adventure film 'Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World' from 2003.

DWTI.org website launch: underscoring IT infractructre services and products
Our long time partners - DWTI - contacted us at the end of 2015 to discuss a full website re-design. Given the fact that they manage 13 data centers, 17 global POP’s, a full panoply of on-demand cloud services (IaaS, PaaS and SaaS) and the support and backing offered by business partnerships and alliances (such as AT&T, IBM/Softlayer and QTS), you can gather that we had our work cut out for us.
