Bake, bake a little cake...

and cupcakes and coffee cakes and fruit breads and muffins and trifle and... WARNING: I'm a baking snob, so I HATE mixes and boxes and powders and such. I know I have pinned a lot of recipes that uses such, but if I ever make anything by the recipes, I'll translate them to "proper". (Also "baked donuts" or "cake donuts". now that I finally made them and realized they are, well, cake.)

Andrew used his Gran’s recipe for a classic light chocolate cake and topped it with chocolate icing, chocolate shards, hazelnuts and raspberries for a spectacular finish.  For this recipe you will need 3 x 18cm/7in sandwich tins and a large piping bag fitted with a large closed star nozzle.
