Ingredients: 1 bag tortilla chips (about 12 oz) 1 lb ground beef 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese 6 slices cooked beef bacon (crumbled) 1/4 cup BBQ sauce 1/4 cup ketchup 1/4 cup diced red onion 1/4 cup diced tomatoes 1/4 cup sliced pickles 1/2 cup shredded lettuce 1/2 cup sour cream (optional) 1 tbsp olive oil Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet or oven-safe platter. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper.
