Easy Pumpkin Magic Cake (cake mix) : You start off by mixing up a box of yellow cake mix, just like you normally would. Pour it into the cake pan, then you whip up some pumpkin pie, & pour that on top. It sinks to the bottom, & when baked it comes out in perfect layers!Whisk up the top layer which is just a combination of Cool Whip, Pudding mix, milk & pumpkin pie spice

Ingredients: 8 oz low fat cream cheese (I used Horizon organic), 2 tbsp chopped water water chestnuts, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder, 3/4 cup canned crab meat (found at Trader Joe’s), 22 mini won-ton wrappers. I was looking for a good recipe to use my canned crab meat! (It's super tasteless normally, so I'll try these and see how it goes :)
Fresh Apple Cake Layer your apple slices (or other fruit) at the bottom of a pan (9x11) that has been coated with non-stick spray. Sprinkle on boxed cake mix. Pour 1/2 cup of melted butter over the fruit and dry cake mix. Bake at 350* for approximately 35-45 minutes -- it's done when it is nice and bubbly.
