my mom used this!
Hair Colors, Blonde, 70S, Blue Hair, Aunts, 60S, Beauty Salons
All the older ladies used this. Mostly the grey haired women. You'd know because they walked around with blue hair. lol
I used to use this stuff. It was when I used to bleach out my entire hair and sometimes I ended up with somewhat of a brassy shade of blonde. This liquid toner t was combed through the bleached hair and added a color of warmth to cover up the severe blonde. It came in several shades which was nice.
Grandma Owens used this on her grey hair, she didn't like it when the hair turned yellow. AND this didn't make blue hair!
my mom used this! (So did I. It helped keep the blonde color from getting brassy).
I used platinum blonde and if it rained it would streak purple....lol
Fanciful hair color. Both my mom and grandma used to use this.j
Hair color in a bottle. It worked!
I remember my Aunt's using this

we had white patent leather for spring, and black patented leather for the winter. Worn with white ankle socks edged with lace. These were like my 1st communion shoes.
white patent leather "church shoes"; Oh my gosh. The nuns used to tell us we should not wear patent leather shoes because they "reflect" and it allows the boys to look up your dress. I am serious. This was a grade school Catholic education!

variety packs of cereal, used to beg my mom to buy these and she thought they were a big waste a money! To us, they were special!
Variety Packs, 80S, Little Boxes, Remember, Breakfast Cereal, Childhood Memories, Cereal Pack, 70S, Camping Food
variety packs of cereal.Eating a different cereal every day--we thought it was so cool that these little boxes had wax paper liners and if you opened them up according to directions you could pour your milk in and eat directly out of it--we took these on camping and long car trips.
Variety packs of cereal, used to beg my mom to buy these and she thought they were a big waste a money! I remember they were lined with foil and you could put your milk directly in the box. I never really liked milk on cereal so, it was a box of snacks for me.
Variety Cereal Pack. When we got to buy these, we thought it was SO neat, except we always fought over who HAD to eat the Special K and Product 19!!!
The only time it's OK to get cereal from is restaurant is when you are a little kid. Otherwise then WHY are you getting cereal. The world's most easy thing to make? SPRINKLES AND PUFFBALLS: Breakfast Cereals of the 70s and 80s from http://sprinklepuffball.blogspot.com/2009/04/breakfast-cereals-of-70s-and-80s.html
Variety packs of cereal -- I remember my brother and I always trying to pour our milk into the boxes -- and making a mess everywhere. We would wrestle over who got the "good" cereals.
You could get Kellogg's cereals in single-serve boxes; they came in three advertised combos: the Snack Pack, the Request Pack, and the Variety Pack. I remember the order they would be eaten: Froot Loops; Frosted Flakes; Apple Jacks; Corn Flakes; then Raisin Bran. I couldn't really stomach the Pep, Special K, or the Bran Flakes. ¶ I remember sprinkling extra sugar on the Corn Flakes, and eventually being left with milk and that grey slurry of sugar that settled to the bottom of the bowl. Yum!
variety packs of cereal? It was so neat to have your own little box of cereal.
cereal variety packs. We got them on vacations, camping food

Elsie the Cow is a cartoon cow that has been used as the logo for the Borden Dairy Company since 1936. She was created in the 1930s to symbolize the perfect dairy product. In 1940, David Reid also designed a husband for Elsie, a brawny bull named Elmer, who had his own career as an icon for Elmer's Glue.
Elsie the Cow...did you drink Borden's milk?
Dairy Cows, Remember, Elsie, Childhood Memories, Ole Days, Cow Borden, Memory Lane, Borden Cow
Elsie the Borden Dairy Cow. Borden had a whole family of these bovines. Elsie was the mom, Elmer (of glue fame) was the dad. Most people don't know that there were also two children, a boy and a girl. They were Beulah and Beauregard. In the sixties I had a set of four mugs, each one with a picture of a Borden cow family member.
