Sound Yummy!  -1lb hamburger, 2 eggs, beaten with 1/2 cup milk  1/2 cup grated Parmesan  1 cup panko or bread crumbs  1 small onion, minced or grated    2 cloves garlic, minced (to taste)  1/2 teaspoon oregano  1 teaspoon salt  freshly ground pepper to taste  1/4 cup minced fresh basil    ~Mix all ingredients with hands. Sweet potato: Preheat oven to 350*  Slice sweet potatoes ~1/2” thick  Lightly coat with olive oil + a sprinkling of salt  Bake for 20min [turning once]  Turn heat to 400*  Bake for ~15-20min more [turning once]  You won’t even believe what you have just done.
