Sugar-Free Quinoa Granola Bars 3/4 cup whole wheat flour 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/2 a banana, mashed (about 3 tbsp) 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce 1 tbsp molasses 1 tsp vanilla extract 2/3 cup cooked and cooled quinoa 1/2 cup rolled oats 1/4 cup dried cranberries 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
Vanilla & Spice: Quinoa Granola Bars- These were nothing like a granola bar. More like a really dense and chewy sugarless muffin. They were just ok. I won't ever make them again.
