sounds like an easy fall meal...Super easy super yummy crock pot soup: can of rotel, can of corn, can of black beans (drained & rinsed), 2 frozen chicken breasts, 8 oz cream cheese, 1 packet dry ranch dressing, 1 tablespoon cumin, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon chili powder. Put all ingredients in crock pot and cook 6-8 hours. Shred chicken, and enjoy!

YUMMY IN MY TUMMY!!! Bag of frozen chicken in the crock pot. Put the cream cheese, corn, salsa and black beans on top and let it go for 6-8 hours on low. shred when done. serve with chips or as tacos. (This is super awesome, I make it a lot)
30 min Mexican Chicken Lime Soup-I made this recipe...I added about 2tsp of cumin, 1/2tsp of tumeric and 1tsp of cayenne pepper. I didn't add any salt or pepper and I used 4 chipotle peppers instead of just 2. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! And so easy!! Will definitely be making again. :) -AE
