5 med. white squash 1 c. sugar 1 stick butter 1 can evaporated milk 1 c. biscuit mix 5 egg yolks 1 tsp. vanilla Peel, chop into chunks, boil until soft, drain, and mash the squash. Cream sugar and softened butter together. Add egg yolks one at a time. Add mashed squash and mix well. Add biscuit mix, milk,vanilla. Bake at 375˚F until toothpick comes out clean (30 - 40 mins) Make a slightly sweet meringue with a little bit of lemon juice added. Spread meringue over the top
