    Tried these tonight, and loved them. I used two whole eggs instead of three egg whites. And, one cup sugar instead of sugar substitute. What's more important, C loved the mini ones and has eaten a bunch. And hubby approved as well. He's hard to please when it comes to healthier choices. Next time I'll try mixing in a food processor instead of a blender.
