Great advice and direction! Child discipline based on personity type ~ from the Child Whisperer
interesting food for thought
I'm not sure this is "the secret" to raising kids, but I do think there is truth in the fact that there is a message/need beneath children's bad behavior.
child behavior. I agree that personality types should definitely be taken into account when raising children, but that doesn't mean wrong behavior occurs (or should be allowed) just because "that's who the are". An interesting infographic to help quell the tantrum, because it helps you think about why it is happening, or what you can do to stop it, without just "no, stop. that's wrong--time out." More of a "no, that response is wrong. how can i help you get past your upsetness?"

20 things a mother should say to her son ... I absolutely love these! I know some people think they're "stereotypical" or whatever, but maybe we need a few more boys like this out there to help remind girls that they're okay just the way they are and it's OKAY to be a real woman! PLUS I think you can alter this list slightly to fit your individual child. (sports, etc.)
