Brussels Sprout Hash with Sweet Potato and Bacon- I used shaved Brussel sprouts, and finished the whole dish off in the oven for 10 minutes at 400 degrees to make them extra crispy/roasted- then added a fried egg with Siracha sauce to heat it up! Delicious!
