'Creamy Chicken Pockets. These were good. Family enjoyed them. I have a problem with foods, especially breads being wet or soggy. Right out of the oven they didn't bother me, but eating one that had been sitting out for 10 mins or so was to soggy for me!

Ingredients 1 cups canola oil 1 oz ranch dressing mix 2 tbsps red pepper flakes 16 ozs saltine crackers Mix all ingredients together and pour over crackers. Rotate the crackers a quarter turn ever thirty minutes or so. PREP TIME: 5 min TOTAL TIME: 20 min
