Simple Sesame Noodles

Simple Sesame Noodles. These were definitely easy and the sauce was divine. I used rice noodles and they ended up a little gummy. She used angelhair/thin spaghetti because her store didn't have any Asian style noodles and I think it might be even better to cook those al dente and then add the sauce and green onions. I also added some frozen veggies and a scrambled egg and it stretched to a couple of meals for us. The hubs says it was good cold, too.
