Bacon Wrapped Smokies with Brown Sugar and Butter - I only used one cup of brownsugar vs the two the recipe calls for...i didnt sprinkle any on top and it turned out great!~BM
Bacon Wrapped Smokies with Brown Sugar and Butter: 1 pound Bacon; 1 pound Smokies; 1 stick Butter; 2 cups Brown Sugar -- Preheat oven to 375F. Cut the bacon into thirds & wrap each smokie. Stir melted butter & 1 cup of brown sugar until mixed well & pour over the smokies and bacon. Then take the other cup of brown sugar and sprinkle evenly over the smokies. Bake them for about 15-20 minutes and then turn the heat up to 400F for about 5 minutes or longer until the bacon becomes crispy.

Pinacolada Icepops- summer cool down
pina colada ice pops 100% pineapple juice 1 can coconut milk juice of 1/2 a lime 3 tbsp honey 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste 3 tsp desiccated coconut (coconut rum optional) mix the coconut milk, honey, vanilla, lime juice and coconut. Set aside. fill the mold half of the way with the pineapple juice. Place in the freezer for 1-2hrs, place a popsicle stick in if using the paper cup mold just before it it fully frozen. Let that freeze. Add the coconut mixture and freeze.

Beat pudding mix & milk in medium bowl with whisk for about 2min. 2. Stir in Sugar-Free Cool Whip. 3. Spoon mix into small paper/plastic cups. 4. Insert wooden sticks into the middle of each. 5. Freeze for 4 hours or until firm. - To remove from cups, run under warm water.
1 pkg instant pudding, 1 1/2c milk, 2c cool whip. Dissolve pudding in milk, whip in cool whip. Spoon into 3 oz dixie cups and insert popsicle stick. Freeze.
