Greek Tortellini Salad - loaded with fresh veggies and tortellini pasta. Next time I'll use a whole package of tortellini (so 20 oz) and I made a little more dressing this time because it was a tad dry.
I changed the recipe a little: used regular veg. Oil, 1 cup celery and 1 cup carrots. I didn't have fresh basil so I used dried basil. And it was a hit! We loved this and I will definitely make it again.
