Great Advent idea: fill 25 little bags with ornaments and a bible verse about Christ birth. Everyday (starting Dec let child open a bag and hang an ornament on the tree and teach them about the story of Jesus' birth.
DIY Glitter Wall~ my little girl will SOOOO have one in her room! HGTV says if you mix glitter & a gallon of glue, then paint with it the glue will dry clear for a glitter wall! Lord knows I need a glitter wall in my life.
Fourth of July Crafts for Kids: Flour Lawn Stars. Cut out star stencil, sprinkle grass with water (to make the flour stick) and then sprinkle with flour. This idea also works for Canada's July Birthday. Just substitute the star for a Maple Leaf.
Go to Lowes and buy the cheapest board they have x and you can pay a cut at Lowes as well. Have them cut the board into three equal parts x Pick up Mod Podge as well, and some sponge brushes. Develop pictures at Costco x
I like this idea! Start the year w/an empty jar & fill it with notes about good things that happen. Then on New Years Eve, empty it & see what awesome stuff happened that year. Good way to keep things in perspective. Try for first year of marriage
