(I also added 1/2 cup applesauce.) Add the mixture to 2 1/2 cups quinoa-cooked and cooled and spread it onto a baking dish. Bake for 20-25 min. Baked Apple Chips- 1 large Granny Smith apple (sliced on a mandoline); mix- 2 T light brown sugar & 1 T cinnamon. Lightly coat apple slices and preheat 225 F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Bake 1 hour, remove and flip the apple slices over with tongs. When you return pans to oven, put the one that was on the top rack on the bottom. Bake 1 more hour. Remove pans from oven and cool.
