Spinach and Artichoke Melts. Glad to have the suggestion of putting artichoke and spinach dip on a sandwich! Will use our family recipe for artichoke and spinach dip the next time, I think it will be just as delicious!

Pizza Bites: these were a lot of fun to make with the girls. We used whole wheat pizza dough from whole foods. An entire dough ball made 25 bites. We had a bunch of different toppings to fill them with. So fun! Had pizza sauce for dipping.

Spaghetti with Garlic, Oil, & Chili Pepper Flakes. 7 ounces of spaghetti 2 large or 3 small garlic cloves, minced 1 teaspoons of chili pepper flakes to cup of extra-virgin olive oil teaspoon of salt teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
save leftover guacamole without it turning brown. All you do is place the guac in the container and spray the top of guacamole with non stick cooking spray and place in the refrigerator. The next day the guacamole will still be green.
QUICK & EASY SWEET SNACK: crescent rolls, creamy peanut butter, & Nutella ~ open & separate crescents ~ spread even amts. of PB & Nutella on crescent rolls ~ roll up, then bake according to pkg. -- the caption says it all: best idea ever!
