Cheesecake Cookies--3/4 c unsalted butter, softened 3 oz cream cheese 2/3 c sugar 1 tsp vanilla 2 cups Flour Graham Cracker Crumbs, for coating 375 degrees. Beat all but crumbs together. Make 1” balls. Roll in crumbs. Bake 12 to 15 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the tops are slightly puffed.
