Oatmeal Smoothies Ingredients: 1 cup ice. 1/2 cup frozen raspberries or strawberries. 1/2 cup plain lowfat yogurt. 1 banana. 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats. 1 tablespoon honey. this would be a good on the go breakfast!
TO MAKE SANGRIA: 1 small carton of raspberries + 1 small carton of strawberries + 1 lime + 2 apples, granny smith and a braeburn 1 bottle of white wine (Pinot Grigio if wanting sweet OR Sauvignon Blanc if not so sweet) + 1/2 cup of white grape juice + 1 can of club soda or tonic water + mint leaves for garnish
