This is the best recipe so far with the lowest calories: 8-10 oz cold brewed coffee, 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder, 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/4 cup light vanilla soy milk, a natural sweetener like Pure Via, and a little ice. Then blend in a blender until smooth and frothy. 140 calories for breakfast
Fresh Fruit and Yogurt Ice Pops so easy. I make mine with 1 cup almond milk. 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt. 1 cup fresh fruit of choice. 1 scoop protein powder and some Truvia. Blend together till smooth then pour into molds. They r amazing and healthy low calorie treats!
Protein powder peanut butter cookies - All you need is: 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1/2 cup vanilla whey protein powder and 1 egg. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients. Drop spoonfuls of batter on cookie sheet. Press down in crisscross pattern with a fork. Bake for 7-10 minutes or until done. Eat.
Pineapple Protein Cake (2 servings): 4T coconut flour, 1/2t baking powder, 2T vanilla protein powder, 2T truvia, 1/3C 100% pineapple juice, 5t almond milk, 1 egg, 1 egg white, 1/4C Greek yogurt, 4 small pineapple wedges (2 each), 1/2t cinnamon. Microwave in 2 separate mugs sprayed with coconut oil for 2 minutes.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 6-8 minutes.
