My coffee protein shake. This is the best recipe so far with the lowest calories: 8-10 oz cold brewed coffee, 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder, 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/4 cup light vanilla soy milk, a natural sweetener like Pure Via, and a little ice. Then blend in a blender until smooth and frothy. 140 calories for breakfast
Fresh Fruit and Yogurt Ice Pops so easy. I make mine with 1 cup almond milk. 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt. 1 cup fresh fruit of choice. 1 scoop protein powder and some Truvia. Blend together till smooth then pour into molds. They r amazing and healthy low calorie treats!
Protein powder peanut butter cookies - All you need is: 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1/2 cup vanilla whey protein powder and 1 egg. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients. Drop spoonfuls of batter on cookie sheet. Press down in crisscross pattern with a fork. Bake for 7-10 minutes or until done. Eat.
