Chicken Tikka Masala (Crockpot). Delicious! And makes a ton, so cook it up and have some leftovers for a couple days! It calls for 1-3 tsp. cayenne, depending on how spicy you like things. When we made it with 1 tsp., it was plenty spicy for us (& we like spice), so be gentle! 1/2 tsp. seems to work well, giving it a little "kick" without being too spicy for the kids. You can always add more at the end if you so desire. Serve with basmati rice, naan & tomatoes. Mmmmm! JS
