Corn and Crab Bisque as posted on Cajun Nation Ingredients: 1 stick of butter 1/2 Cup chopped onion 1 quart half & half 1 can cream of Celery soup 1/2 TSP. Worcestershire sauce 2 TBLS. of flour 1 lb. Or 2 cans of crab meat 3 cans of cream style corn Tabasco sauce to taste 1 TSP. Beazells Cajun seasoning 1 can cream of mushroom soup ( optional) Cooking Directions: Melt butter, add flour and blend thoroughly. Add onions and cook slowly on low heat for 10 mins. Add all other ingredients and cook slowly on medium heat for 20 mins. Enjoy!!!
