This Crockpot Thai Chicken Curry is healthy, tasty, & only takes one dish. 8/15/15 Delicious!! Ingredient proportions perfect! ADDED a sliced sweet onion and omitted pepper flakes, but could have used the kick. Put red pepper and onion in at beginning of cooking instead of adding later- crisp tender, so sauté before if you want it cooked more. Makes a LOT!
