Taco Pizza

This Taco Pizza is probably one of my favorite recipes. It makes the Top 5 list, for sure. We loved everything about it. The colors of all the veggies, the yummy taco flavor, the fact that it was a ‘pizza’, and that it made for some delicious leftovers!

Homemade Hamburger Helper - really doesn't take any longer or much extra effort, just requires a little measuring, but nothing difficult.  Really good I did the recipe exactly except with ground turkey & it was great.

Chicken, Spinich, Pasta bake

Chicken and Spinach Pasta Bake. I made some changes. I used fresh spinach and garlic. I also used half a brick of regular cream cheese, 1 cooked shredded chicken breast, and whole wheat pasta. Hope the results are still tasty.

Penne Fresca Salad ~ fresh and light with a whole bunch of flavors...

penne pasta salad penne or ziti ½ pint container grape tomatoes ½ cup sun dried tomatoes ½ lb celingini (small motz balls) 1 large handful of baby arugula ½ cup sliced garlic 2 tbsp of olive oil ¼ cup of extra virgin olive oil salt and pepper to taste
