I lost 21.5 pounds on the Eat to Live diet program (Dr. Fuhrman's 6 week "nutritarian" plan) after 6 months of the baby weight NOT coming off! The aggressive 6 week plan helped me to break through my plateau and the best part is I did not have to work out at all!
