Old-Fashioned Pancakes. This is my go-to recipe. I will never buy boxed mix again, as this is so easy! Ingredients 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon white sugar 1 1/4 cups milk 1 egg 3 tablespoons butter, melted yields 8 servings Directions In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg and melted butter; mix until smooth.

When you have a sweet tooth and want to stay on track, here's a nice treat. Sugar is NOT an added ingredient. 3 mashed bananas (ripe), 1/3 cup apple sauce, 2 cups oats, 1/4 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup raisins (optional), 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp cinnamon.
